Real Estate Video

The Internet is a powerful marketing tool. Ring King Studio is providing a new and exciting way to showcase property to your clients. A video presentation will give you an advantage over your competition by letting your clients preview properties at a time and place that fits with their schedule to determine which ones they want to visit in person. Eliminating driving around town will save you time, money and increase your productivity. Compared to still photographs, video allows clients view the entire room, not just a small snap shot, giving your clients a visual tour of your properties.  A video tour will highlight your property effectively. We can also create a looping video of all your properties to use at trade shows, or in your lobby.

With our package you will receive:

• 5 Scenes shot in HD
   (Generally Front Yard/Front of House, Living Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Back Yard/Master Bath)
• Background music
• Your Logo in the lower right corner
• Text overlay of property features

The final video will be in a Window and/or QuickTime format which you can use for either you web site or send as an e-mail attachment to your clients.

• How long does it take to receive the video?

Generally 24 hours

• Does your web site house the Real Estate Video(s) for us?

No, and there are a couple reasons for this, however one is really important - your relationship with your client.

If we host the video and our web site goes down or the link doesn’t work, you would have to contact us, we would have to contact our server provider, and it could be hours before it is fixed costing you time, money and possibly the client.

Another reason is, to keep your client on your web site. If we host the video, your client has now clicked away from your site, and may not return.

• Instead of text can I do a voice over?

Yes, we can supply voice talent, or you can do the voice over. We can also keep the text with the voice over.
